Beginning April of 2015, Summit Payee Services will begin offering Direct Deposit for both Housing Providers to receive rent payments and for Clients to receive periodic benefit payments for Personal and Incidental needs

If you would like to receive payments by Direct Deposit to your checking account, you must contact your bank and ask for a Direct Deposit Authorization form that you must sign and fax, mail, or deliver to Summit's office. If you do not have a bank, you can sign up for a Debit Card that will be issued to you by Summit. Click the True LInk Financial buttom below. You may also call Summit's office for more information.


Most banks have their own "Direct Deposit Authorization" form. If your bank does not have a form for this purpose, you may access Summit's generic form by clicking the button below.
